Cora Cressy Oysters are our own brand grown in the Bremen Lobster Pounds. We offer two varietals in cocktail and petit sizes. The Mainesails are cultivated in floating gear for a rounded shell and crisp taste. The Benthos are bottom-finished to impart a richer flavor and emerald green shell.
Medomak River Oysters grown by our neighbors are some of the finest-tasting in the world. Their umami flavor profile comes from the mixing of the freshwater estuary and nutrient-rich saltwater of our coastal bays and passages.
