Maine Oysters

Cora Cressy Oysters are our own brand grown in the Bremen Lobster Pounds. We offer two varietals in cocktail and petit sizes. The Mainsails are cultivated in floating gear for a rounded shell and crisp taste. The Benthos are bottom-finished to impart a richer flavor and emerald green shell.
